Vegetable Lentil stew - Carrots, lentils, onion, garlic,  margarine, vegetable broth

Beef Barley Stew - Beef, barley,  carrots, onion, garlic, margarine, beef broth

Chicken Stew - Chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, margarine, chicken broth


Sallat

Greens and mints with an oil, balsamic vinegar, and sugar dressing

Broccoli

Savory toasted cheese

Brie, cream cheese, butter

Bread

Served with Varied butters

 

 


2nd Course

Roasted Meats

Turkeys Hams and Roast Beast

Buttered carrots

Mashed carrots with white wine, brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and currants

Blawmanger

Rice cooked in Almond milk, with chicken and almonds



3rd Course

Tartes of Flesh and Funges

Meat pies and mushroom pies

Black Porray

Spinach and bacon with onion

Apple Muse

Apple potage with milk, honey, grated bread and saffron




4th Course

Dessert of Wonders and Delights
