All youth and adult practices are held regularly at Eastern Maine Community College Johnston Gym in Bangor - changes in practice times and location are announced. YOUTH COMBAT AND ADULT FIGHTER PRACTICES WILL BE AT FAIRFIELD TOWN PARK.

Instruction and participation is free. Beginners and spectators are welcome any time.
