The Flood of Pennsic XXXIII

"This was written by Murt and Úna on their trip home from our first adventure at Pennsic. The song describes actual events. For those who attended Pennsic XXXIII, you would understand! Will this deter any future adventures?? I think not!"

The flood of Pennsic XXXIII
How wet we were in all our glee
The Camp went down but oh not we
The Flood of XXXIII

Some of our Goats got stuck
In that Pennsic muck-OH YUCK!
And when they asked to push them out
We all let out a Pennsic shout, called

(CHORUS)
Mud, mud, mud, mud
Trudge, trudge, trudge, trudge
Through the mud
The Pennsic Mud!!

We watched the creek become a moat
Too bad we didn’t have a boat
The water cows went all afloat
One rescued by a Nanny Goat

The Flood of Pennsic XXXIII
Was all it wasn’t meant to be
We had had enough of rain
And wanted it to go down the drain, the
(CHORUS)

Together we survived this flood
Without spilling any blood
Although there was a lot of mud
No one said the word “Oh Crud”

As we approach our own home door
With hopes of Pennsic XXXIV
Rain or shine it will be fine
Gamol Got is a House of Thine, with
(CHORUS)
